I called to have my 24-month IFR check completed, someone immediately answered, was friendly, and was able to get me in within a week. Price was extremely reasonable, and they even dropped me off and picked me up at the EAA museum while they were working on it. Sadly, more and more shops don't seem to care about the little guys (we have a 172)… my interaction with NewView was a breath of fresh air!
